More than 2 Days Before Check-In: If you cancel more than 2 days before check-in and can't reschedule, you'll receive a 100% refund (less PayPal fees if applicable).
2 Days to 24 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel between 2 days and 24 hours before check-in, please contact us by phone to discuss rescheduling. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll receive a 50% refund (less PayPal fees if applicable).
Less than 24 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, notify us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Unfortunately, there will be no refund.
No Arrival or Early Departure: If you don't arrive on time, don't fully participate, or cut the tour short due to personal reasons, we won't be able to offer a refund. However, we will do our best to make you comfortable and address any concerns you have.
