Cancellation Policy: ​ Missed Dives: If you miss any dives due to weather or other circumstances, we will reschedule with priority status. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll only be charged for the dives or activities you completed at regular prices, and the rest will be refunded. ​ Weather Policy: ​ Harbor Master Closures: When the Harbor Master closes the port for Ocean dives, due to weather conditions. If you are a certified diver we can take you to the Shore Diving instead, where the weather is always ideal. If shore diving isn't for you, we'll reschedule your dive or offer a 100% refund. ​ Uncontrollable Circumstances: If we must cancel a tour due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, we'll reschedule with priority status.
